Just
wanted to say Hello my cousin Brian Thomas maintains the site and my
Uncle Bill Thomas who passed away in Jan 2003. He was a veteran of the
Korean War and several tours in Viet Nam. He served with 5th 7th and
10th SFG (A) I will never forget him.

I
just wanted to say hello from Baghdad, Iraq. I have been in the Middle
East since Feb. 2003. I hope all you ex-12th Group guys are doing
super. I hope to be home next year in time for the 2007 Convention. I
am involved in getting an SFA Chapter started here in Baghdad. I am
presntly the Deputy Project Manager for Support for Blackwater USA. Let
me hear from you.

dad is Kenneth Meisel. He worked with the SF groups over in Afghanistan
training their troops. I just wanted to say thank you to all of you who

time here,just looking for old buddies from the 11th ABN Germany 187th
C Co. 173rd ABN Viet Nam 1967-1968 and the 57th Aslt Hel. Co. Kontum
FOB Jan 69to 4 April 69 Went down in the LZ over in Laos on that date 4
April 1969, would like to thank the guy's who pulled me out of our
slick and who got my flight suit off, I was soaked with JP-4. Thanks so

Spent
a year in Afghanistan as a Military advisor to the Afgan National Army.
I trained 108 afghan soldiers and then led them in combat with 3/3/SFG.

in the late 70's to the early 90's. He is a little stand-offish about
his career. If there is anyone who knew him and can relate any stories
or tell me what he was like back then it would be much appreciated,
